Found the problem. Pin has broken off in the ULF. Looks like a bit of corrosion. Pin 17 (red/yellow cable). |

I opened up the ULF but the socket is soldered to the pcb and has some kind of cover around it and I can't see how to get this cover off to access the base of the socket. I planned on soldering a small cable to the point on the pcb and taking the cable out the side of the ULF to the plug, bypassing the socket.
