i'd be careful about having a permanent live as the FF's battery tends to run out of power quite quickly so with an ignition feed and the engine running you'll be sure that the FF will start. ... - .- -.

Yep, fully aware of that Stan which is why I fitted a switch in the temporary live feed. The system apparently was fed via this voltage sensitive relay automatically cutting off supply at below 11.6 volts (ish) and it is this I wish to reinstate.

I think your system is made up of a bit of all sorts sir... Certainly not all factory! I would employ a good auto elec to sort it |
