I have a removable towbar but the sod is seized in. It took a fair amount of heating just to get the pin out, so I think I will have to take the bar off the vehicle to get the end out |

John, it's a quite large armature that it's mounted into, you may need a helper with the weight of it, also you can download all the accessory fitting instructions from the Land Rover website as PDF documents - I assume that taking it off will be the backwards of putting it on!
