Suspension fault

Let's hope this is not the start of bad times! New to me my 2007 VSE, 3.6, went to go to work tonight and I get suspension fault! Stayed on the screen for a few seconds then disappeared! Switched on and off but it reappeared!
Got home tonight and switched off to hear a lot of clicking behind the dash!

Also got the message transmission fault, traction reduced!!

Car will now not start!!

Gutted doesn't cover it!!

Any pointers?? Shall call the garage in the morning

Sounds like battery problems starting there. Put it on charge overnight to see how it is in the morning.

If your battery and alternator haven't been replaced yet I would have them looked at closely as the 07 alternators were a bit prone to failure. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Not sure if it's a fit on the 3.6, but Bosch has a 2 year roadside assistance warranty here in the states. That's what I replace all my personal vehicles alternators with.

The replacement is a denso unit. There aren't many other options. I think Lucas do one but I don't think they make them any more just re manufacture rotating components like starters and alternators.

I reckon you will be sorted once done. If it's under warranty then you've done well Thumbs Up There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
