I would be rejecting. I think it's easier in the US too! |

Not so easy, but I have started all the documentation if we end up heading in that direction. Contacted LR North America today to get my concerns documented and get a case number. 2015 RR ATB (Scotia Grey w/Cirrus-Ebony)

Well what a lovely car you have, you should be loving the experience, what a shame that the failings of JLR and then the dealer have left such a taint on it, I do hope you sort it soon.... my 13year old example had a rattle last week and I was mortified, then found a jar of coffee in the back that had fallen from a bag of shopping, I don't think yours will be such an easy fix..... I'd ask to see the Dealer Principal and make him/her aware of your plight, the lower echelons of the dealership certainly wont be informing them....

Thank you Pete. Believe me, the first thing I did was empty the RR of everything, but there wasn't much to begin with, only the luggage retention kit that came with the RR. I hadn't even added umbrellas, pens, tissues, etc to the RR yet.

My theory is that's why we love them, they need constant care and attention, and when they don't, we know they will so are kept thinking of them, a bit like having kids....

I would have preferred the honeymoon last a bit longer than 280 miles!! No car yet (8 days), but service called today, positive that they are getting close to knowing which part is causing the rattle. I just want it fixed. 2015 RR ATB (Scotia Grey w/Cirrus-Ebony)

It is a real shame you are suffering these problems. I am going to stand up for LR though. I have so far driven 40,000 miles in two L405 (30,000 & 10,000). Compared to my previous Range Rovers (14) the build quality and staying together is a quantum leap forward. I live down a lane which could be used for washboard desert testing or jungle track at different times of the year. Neither car rattles or squeaks down the lane at whatever speed.

Nick Ground, lucky you getting 2 perfect L405 ... some of us have not been so lucky. I have been very patient with service and one of the only things I can do is let others know that there can be problems. Also, if none of us documented the problems, how would that help the next person who ends up with the same issues?
