this was the only fault (intermittent) with the FF im just buying. Dealer reckons there is a TSB for it.

I can see LTB00343v2 on Topix.

does anyone know if this fixes the problem ?

there is also 000614v3, but I think that is for later vehicles. AKA DiscoDunc

think i had this yesterday, out of the blue had this crackling noise from one rear speaker whilst driving down a countey lane even with audio turned off. pulled over and had a bang around the speaker thinking loose connection but no joy. drove another mile or so and it just stopped, done over 200 miles today and no problems...

Mine did this on the way in this morning. Turning the Audio off made no difference

The first two posters both have 2010MY cars (so do I)

What was the answer?

Hope it is ok tonight...

It's a loose wire connection to the speaker. door card off and check for loose wire.

Thanks

It does it across all speakers - so which door card do I take off?

England 2007 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Java Black

Had this with mine few weeks ago. On investigation found condensation in the rear cubby hole were the amplifier is. Unplugged the base speaker and it stopped. After taking all the equipment out, found there was water dripping from under the rear side window. I have read that this is a common fault.

Still trying to work out how to remove the window trims so I can seal around the widow and panels.

Anybody tell me how to remove the trims?
