Looks like the project I was moving onto in January has been shelved.. They're also looking at reducing contractor rates across the board again (Aberdeen rates confirmed at another -10% from 01/15 - on top of the -10% from just before the summer)

America is going Shale crazy at the moment with plentiful supplies of oil being produced, so OPEC's position is somewhat weakened. Russia is in a right old state as Vlad put too much importance on the price of oil SDV8 AB MY 2019

The only fuel I've used in any of my cars is Shell V-Power for the last 8 years. The (genuinely) better MPG off-sets the slightly higher cost. |

Never found any difference tbh. Had this discussion years ago on d2 forum. So your saying there's a different refinery for different grades of fuel. When the fuel blockades were on, they all used the same refinery, only different tankers. |

Saw a tesco near feltham sw London tonight at £1.10 and £1.18 petrol and diesel. And about 5p each ,more just down the road! Still it's worth about £15 a tankful compared to a couple of months ago.
