Tesco Cupar and tesco Dunfermline... I passed both today and they were at 113.9
I would think with the daily price changes whatever app you are using will be slightly out of date? Previously..

Yip... Yesterday's prices...
As you said, it's good to see SHELL prices very close to supermarket prices. At one point, shell in Dundee were cheaper than asda..... It's in freefall!! Previously..

A lot fuel gets sold near us in fact there are 6 Shells alone within 4 miles and Shell are only 1 pence away from ASAD supermarket prices. Thumbs Up

With unleaded having fuel duty of 58p and VAT of 22p, the 1st 80p goes to the taxman. That doesn't leave much room for product price, distribution and retailer margin if the price were to drop much further. I reckon 110p is about as low as it can go unless duty is lowered, and there's not much chance of that.

Still, from 135p a few months ago it's a welcome relief.
