Range Rover "Exclusive" Days

Just received my personnal invite to test drive the 2011MY cars at a Range Rover Exclusive day. As well as driving the cars the day has also got clay pigeon shooting, beauty treatment and massage ( Shocked they oblivous know who really chooses the cars in the household!) get your fire-arms valued by an expert from Holt's Auctioneers, cookery demonstration by some guy called John Benson-Smith winner of something called Masterchef aparrently
and lessons in how to brew and savour tea by Salon de The.................... Events are being run up and down the country at the end of October, beginning of November and are by invitation only (I assume that you have to have expressed an interest in buying an L322 to have been invited) which confuses me as I have a) only just purchased a 2010MY and b) haven't recently expressed an interest in buying one on the LR website. Maybe the nice guys at LPR put my name up for the day out. LPR are also running their own special event for 2011MY cars. 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

I have also been invited to the LPR Shooting / 4x4 Driving Day event (incl new 4.4TDV8) which they have planned for the end of next month - Thanks You LPR Gents.

Must admit Tim - I haven't shown an interest in purchasing a new Range Rover just yet either, would be more interested in finding out how the Censored they expect me to afford one!!...

...still, I'm looking forward to it - Anyone else going?

Dan, wasn't quick enough off the mark for this. Are they still available and does one just need to request a test drive from a local dealer? If so, When is yours and I'll pop along!

Thanks very much for thinking of me James, much appreciated, but I sent Chris an email of thanks and saying I can't make it unfortunately, as I will be on my way to Kuala Lumpur when the LPR day is on Big Cry Big Cry I will get to the LR one in Scotland as it is a few days earlier and have already replied to the contact number - again many thanks for the mention in despatches! 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

Tim - Yep, Chris forwarded your reply! No problem, thought you could be away and if if not then it would be a long way to come, but probably something you'd like to do. Will add you to the list next time!

NBunney - There are 5 or 6 locations around the country (stately homes etc) and they are taking place next month/November. I can't remember the exact details as I nominated my customers quite some time ago. We are quite a big volume RR dealer and we only had 15 places. And invited those customers who have bought multiple vehicles and referred customers to us (AKA Tim)!!

If I get any more news I'll post it on here.

James Thumbs Up

James I would have come south for your day, I can always combine Master Mariners stuff or company stuff with a trip south - somebody else pays the fuel and even in a Range Rover it's still cheaper than train or plane fare when you have to book through the company's travel agent who cannot use budget airlines that require credit card payment. 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes
