For anyone thinking about it and not sure for whatever reason. Get beyond that first day or so 'learning to ski' on a car park or uninspiring nursery slope and when you're let loose on the slopes, you will be so glad you learned those very basics and you'll be equally glad you never jacked it. You'll never look back.

Also remember, you don't necessarily need a Range Rover to get to the slopes.

It was late in the season so the roads were clear of snow - and the VX is great fun in the twisties.

Not as scenic as some of the pics, but I had a brilliant day in the champagne powder at Steamboat, Colorado last season, best day ever.............! Slopes were real busy too...............
