It smells like fumes are coming through the ventilation from the engine compartment when moving slowly after the engine has warmed up. Has anybody else had this problem? Got a solution? Car's only 3 weeks old but am across in France for next few months so away from the dealership. Assistance gratefully received…… |

Yes. My Oct 2013 SDV8 Autobiography has had this problem since delivery. Various attempts by dealer to resolve have included replacing the FBH exhaust pipe but sadly this has not resolved the underlying problem which persists, albeit intermittently. FFRR user since 1974. RR No. 10 (2021MY P525 AB delivered Nov 2020) Gone. No 11. P550e AB MY2024 delivered June 2024 |

I noticed this problem on the 3.0 diesel loaner I had when mine was in the shop. It also looked like it had caught fire when stationary on a cold morning as I assume FBH fumes were emitted from under the front bumper somewhere. Quite embarrassing when I parked up in front of my son's nursery one morning belching diesel smoke over all the kids! |

I cannot but the S/Action i think re-routes or alters the pipe near the drivers door i was told , mine is fine after it was done along with a few other S/Actions , just a few more issues to sort and it will be a fantastic car.
