That looks like just the later Land Rover / BMW part. I'm pretty sure its a BMW part anyways..........

its not actually a modification Andy but a replacement part which ducky Dan does for around £35..

I understand the original one will drain the battery if it fails. Should be fine otherwise.

you will need to lift the center consol or remove it, you will see the fan motor at the bottom bolted down, bolts are on both sides along with a multi plug, at the front of the motor there is a clip on the plastic work, this is a to get to and you will find that it snaps...the FSR is mounted in the side V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.
