take it to Berkshire landrover they are pretty good IMHO and charge 80 per hour

I second what Stan says re CTC. I am sure he is a good bit cheaper on labour costs in comparison to Berks LR as well. |

Barring any other issues, it's @ 8 hours work (probably less), water pump being the most tricky. Given you have all the parts, £200 - £250 ? .

Autodata allows 6.3hrs less the expansion tank for your list of jobs, tank takes around 20mins or so to change...

Yes Alan you are correct, usually 5-20% trade discount is applied (but then we do have to purchase and bankroll parts purchases). For us, it's also a quality & warranty issue too... |

I agree Craig, by Bro in law has a habit of buying things and then trying to find tradesmen to fit, and is surprised when they walk away after he tells them he has his own bits.
