4300k is also the standard colour temp fitted to Range Rover HID's. As Stan says the 6000k bulbs will not be as yellow as the 4300k. From my experience the 6000k bulbs produce a slightly colder almost blue tinged white. But I guess its all down to your own interpretation.

just another point i forgot to mention, is if you have upgraded your side lights to leds ,they will probably be 6000k so your new xenon bulbs will match better.. ... - .- -.

i've never seen an exclusion like that for 5000k bulbs Ryan, its only the temperature/light colour rating unless the one you saw was a higher 55 watt one and not a standard 35 watt ..of course when you get above 6000k to the blue/purple colours then that would technically be illegal.

On my 2003 Vogue my left hand low beam began to look reddish in color tone.

the pre-facelift headlights are easy to work on but the 2006-2009 ones have to come out to replace the bulbs and tbh thats an easy job.. ... - .- -.
