Suspension compressor off

Hi All

Had the front right air bag split, being replaced today (hopefully). I should have changed both when the left went last year - oh well!

Question - the suspension leds are completely off now, is that because the ECU saved it and a simple diag reset will bring it back to life, or will the compressor be cooked? FFRR 2003 Vogue V8

Hi, it is necessary to clear the fault, then it will be all ok. If the first compressor from new, he is 10 years old..., time to refit! Best rgs, Uli L405 SDV8 2017 + Lancia Flavia Coupe 1964 + RRS L494 3.0 SDV6 + C220CDI Convertible 2021

ok thanks - the pump did work well prior to this issue and i could get to offroad position in less than 30 secs, so i am hoping its still in pretty good condition.

Good to know its likely in a "safe" mode FFRR 2003 Vogue V8

I had the same two weeks ago. The issue I had was that I did the strut myself then had to get someone to come and clear the fault before I put weight back on the suspension as you need the bag to be inflated before it can take the weight. Sounds just like mine so all should be fine.
Very Happy

Good news!
Suspension strut changed, and reset diag and all fired up.

Suspension now working a treat - a big relief!!

Only cost £57 for fitting and diag.. result! FFRR 2003 Vogue V8
