Actually, I can even sympathize here.
I worked at an automotive electrical shop for quite a while during my studies and have probably removed and reinstalled hundreds of door panels - the clips at the top edge of the L322 door panels are a PITA.
What you nay want to do is to remove the metal strip/window seal where the upper edge of the door panel clips into. Do this by prying up on the clips with a screwdriver bit by bit - do not kink the strip! - and installing everything on the door panel before installing the panel on the door. Or, just take a close look at the clips, aim the ledge on the door panel properly, and use your fist.
Working on cars is not rocket science or brains surgery. Just be methodical and careful in your work.
