These wouldn't be the ones who have had their TDV6 munched when the bearings have failed and found they need a whole new tall block as not even short blocks are available second hand ![]() TBH they all seem to be on a Par with the suspension compressors seeming to last a bit longer in the FF and parts being about the same when you shop around. FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's Mantec Sump Guard, Rigid Load liner, MY10 BT upgrade. ![]() |

With regards to internal switch gear, handbrake, drive, suspension etc etc etc... The early FF's seam antiquated in technology compared to a D3... But as I said earlier, it's just my opinion... |

Looking into it, there does seem to be quite a few that have been facelifted. Is there an actual reason for this? |

I had a D4 rental car (granted not a D3) for a week and I have to say, I was impressed with that car. To be honest, other than the much better looks (IMHO) I don't think a FFRR is worth the premium over a D4 and then I mean a MY2006 (my only comparison sofar).
