It will only let you work within the EAS perameters so, you cannot go lower than the EAS will read therefore you cannot go wrong! If you dont like the look then go in and reset back to saved data and start again

This is very true - but the early (<05) L322 does not have many parameters... This is why we have warnngs all over the user manual. Cliffy, please read before using. And do be aware that going more than 1-2" up or down can potentially leave you in dangerous situations.
You could bottom the suspension at speed on a bump and either damage the suspension or - worse - lose control of the RR.

Finally got around to enabling Park Heat today.

Unfortunately I only get "hair dryer" and not "jet engine" as FBH not firing. Errors about message disturbance and air quality. Believe this is my FBH fuel pump not delivering the goods. Got to wait a couple of weeks until I dismantle my rear end to change bushes. .

I recall that at some point you were looking to add the ability to change the ride height at access level only and leave normal running height untouched on the later models like you could on the earlier model years.

Any progress?

This would great for me as I just need it lowered to get I'm the garage but would prefer to have standard running height normalised. Stephen Gazard

when you de-pressurize the EAS is disabled.
You have to do a 'EAS Re-Enable' when you are done.

Is the only way to depressurise one corner to keep pressing the "-" button when in e.g. service/testvalve/rear left corner ? If so, how does one know when it is fully deflated ?

As you will see from my rear end rebuild post, I deflated all four corners by mistake! Scary sitting in the car 2ft off the ground with the rear end on axle stands only ! .

Yes tis. Don't have a 'completely deflate one corner' button.

Your thread looks good. Do be careful with the stacks of wood, tho. Long ago I invested in something like these and a big a$$ trolley jack.

Thanks regarding deflating one corner, the bit I missed in the manual was to hold the "-" down.

My axle stands are 3 tonne each, so 6 tonnes of strength to hold up @ 1.5 tonnes ?

Looks like I will need to bung some tyres underneath as a third safety net to keep everyone happy! .

Actually I did not mention that in reference to the strength - it's the tipsiness. That's why the bfjackstands are good. I've never seen a small one collapse either, but the footprint of the big ones can't be beat. Until I finish my car-barn (floor poured this summer I seriously hope) and install my in-ground lift, I work on a gravel drive too. I know exactly how it is...

Just swapped out my PDC ECU from an X5 and although working correctly I notice it doesnt 'beep' on activation when reverse is engaged - is it possible to turn this on with IIDTool?
