Did you read about adjusting the large rubber bush on the arm?? If you fully tighten it when the car is jacked up it causes stress on the rubber when it goes back to normal position. When you assemble, leave the bolt slackish, then when the car is at normal ride height fully tighten it up.

I did thank-you. However getting a 3' torque wrench on the nut without it being on a ramp is not that easy.

Just returned from a w/end in Edinburgh. Lots of m'way miles and this appears to have cured my problem.
