doubt tires

hi everyone, I'm in the process of changing tires .... but I need some advice based on your experience .... the best type for the ffrr currently have on the michelin: 255/55/19 thanks in advance your advice!

2006 Range Rover Vogue SE Td6 Java Black

I stuck on some General Grabber ATs in December and am very happy. Sharp smooth ride and have not noticed any increased road noise at all. African Bush Junkie ... in London!

2005 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.2 SC V8 Buckingham Blue

I have recently replaced continental with Toyo Proxes ST and I am cer impressed. They drive better abd are not showing any signs of tge shoulder wear than I experienced with the Continentals.

I will always pay extra for tge best, but tge Continentals were not impressive and a lot more expensive.

the toyo I do not have nominated them, what to say about noise level and duration?

Another one for the toyo proxes st got them on mine good grip in the wet or dry and wearing well after 5000 miles of spirited driving

After much tooing & frowing between the Scorpion Zero (I have one as a spare) and the Grabber AT I went for the Grabber AT as I wanted something with good road manners but slightly aggressive for a little off-road and snow. Plus they were about £100 cheaper than the Scorpions (price for all 4 fitted & balanced).

I only had them fitted on Friday so can't really comment on the performance so far but they're no more noisy than the Michelin's I took off and road holding is good.

I have had my Toyo Proxes for about a year and have done 15000 miles and am already in need of replacement soon. I don't think that they are that good as the Continentals gave double the wear. What does everyone else think? What should I be getting out of the tyres?

Cheers The Best 4x4 by far, so long as you have deep pockets.
