I like the Pirelli Scorpion Zero - they seem to be able to handle things well |

I stuck on some General Grabber ATs in December and am very happy. Sharp smooth ride and have not noticed any increased road noise at all. African Bush Junkie ... in London!

I have recently replaced continental with Toyo Proxes ST and I am cer impressed. They drive better abd are not showing any signs of tge shoulder wear than I experienced with the Continentals.

After much tooing & frowing between the Scorpion Zero (I have one as a spare) and the Grabber AT I went for the Grabber AT as I wanted something with good road manners but slightly aggressive for a little off-road and snow. Plus they were about £100 cheaper than the Scorpions (price for all 4 fitted & balanced).

I have had my Toyo Proxes for about a year and have done 15000 miles and am already in need of replacement soon. I don't think that they are that good as the Continentals gave double the wear. What does everyone else think? What should I be getting out of the tyres? Cheers The Best 4x4 by far, so long as you have deep pockets. |
