United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Supercharged Supercharged Java Black

Painted up my rear bumper and other scratches with a touch-up pen, not the cleanest job but once it's waxed it'll be less noticeable. Also installed some acoustic foam into the boot along with the spare wheel remover thingy. Tried some acoustic foam in the exhaust side-branch resonators and it didn't make much difference, so took out one side but the other had slipped further in. Should be able to remove it when I cut the resonators down and it's rated to 100c anyway, so shouldn't melt in the resonators.

Went snow chasing round the coast of fife this afternoon. We have a new found confidence in the cars bad weather abilities since we put the new NEXEN's on. The roads were empty and we just enjoyed driving around in the rain/sleet/snow.
The car felt solid going round the twisty roads.
I must have said to myself a dozen times "I love this car"... Previously..

I was surprised by the Nexens for a cheap tyre they do make a considerable improvement or are the Latitude D's really bad?

Yeasterday; Changed 4 park sensors, and now it works perfectly. Bad news was that I emptied the battery as I was lisining to an audio book while working. Had to call the mobile steelers to get the bat. boosted. Then a funny thing, and that was i had to turn the Steering weel left to right to erase the damper errors in the display. Nice that some off all the threads and info read in this forum get to be used in real life.
Have a nice ride (we'w had down to minus 20 degrees C the last days,) thats cold. Luckely my office garage is heated. -03V td6

The ignition key was sticking in mine again, but I'd worked out how to free it.

But then it was sticking in Park as well. So I dropped it off at LR for them to have a look at it - I was assuming it was just the switch sticking, but it might've been the solenoid that was faulty so I thought I may as well let them sort it.

The dealer gave me a courtesy car for 2 days, and washed and vacuumed my car (no mean feat, it was filthy!). They gave the car a "health check" (which was fine, it was only serviced a few weeks ago), checked for oil leaks from the transmission at my request (the third attempt at fixing a small leak since I bought the car seems to have sorted the problem!). Oh, and they fixed the sticky switch as well so that the car now moves happily out of Park and gives me my key back when I've finished with it. Cool

Total cost: £50.20. Thank you Lancaster Reading, that's the smallest bill I've ever seen from an LR dealer!! Laughing

Nothing glamorous but this is the best £3.80 I have ever spent! Get sick of wiping the kids muddy shoe stains off the rear of the front seats

eBay Item No. 380429567042 on ebay bu think i got them elsewhere. Same though, and really do stop those dreaded Britax booster seats damaging the leather. They do a bottom part only as well. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
