Nice car. De-chromed and de-sidestepped it'd be lovely (although I'm not mad on huge wheels).

I used to think that about side steps, then I ended up buying one with them on, and realised how much they stopped the seats and side trim taking a battering every time you got in and out.

Aaah I suppose with kids they are a necessity. I took mine off because I'm 6'3" and the misses is 5'9" so we don't really need them.

Just had a thought is the fuse for the transfer box not supposed to be installed for everyday use? I'm getting the jist that it is only installed for towing?? |

You are right, "that" fuse is only if being towed (puts box in neutral) there are other fuses however that relate to the gearbox ecu and the shift motor. Check handbook for which ones. Transfer Box ecu is tucked away behind the battery. Search the gallery for my "reveal" howto

I've bought a second hand transfer motor today! Hopefully that should sort that out! |
