I have just activated my IID tool. Before I start using it, how do I check the firmware version, and how should I update it. I cannot find anything on the "My GAP" tab on the website which looks like a download. Thanks in advance. |

Thanks Stan - that's weird - I posted the question from my computer at home, got to work and now I can see the latest updates tag - must be my home PC that's being awkward! I'll have another go later. |

It takes GAP a little while to update their database after you've completed your registration/activation. It caught me out as well. |

I've been using my IID successfully except that when I try to clear fault codes from "All ECU" the fault codes tick by but at the end it always says "Update Failed" - does this mean the faults have not cleared, and if so, what is the reason for this?
