Had some thing similar, looked in the back on the nearside,found water had got into my sat nav unit bm54 unit and lear unit. stripped it all out dried it,put it all back in after i found out where the water was coming in from, Stopped the leak with some 6 inch sticky lead flashing and gutter seal and bobs your auntys live in lover problem solved. hope this helps. gone fishin' |

Same as Andyboy - water in the connector pins - removed , dried and refitted with a small amount of silicone grease |

Had the same problem with my 02, water in the amp and bm 54 not so lucky as andyboy, had to replace the bm 54.

No water anywhere. But would water in the satnav and amp unit effect the indicator lights on the instrument panel ?
