Can anyone please tell me the tool they use to set up the angle on the wiper blades so accurately as i have the problem with the noise when changing direction and is very irritating.

The most accurate method is to use a laser (click here for more info) or else you can use a pair of pliers and some random bending of the arm until you get it just right Thumbs Up

That is exactly what I have always thought ever since I first saw that diagram in RAVE.

My approximate facial expression while adjusting the angle. I was at 87.1° and it just didn't want to drop any further:
