updates on better wiper blades?

as winter is closing in thought about changing these terrible wipers.
reading other threads , it has been noticed how poor the OEM stuff is..
anyone found a better alternative..
ideal would be aero blades.. 2011 4.4 TdV8 Nara Bronze

I fitted some standard blades and they chattered across the screen.
But when after I had the panel off below the screen to paint it I reset the blades and they wipe the screen silently and efficiently.
It may be a readjustment that is needed

My Bosch 808's have started squawking after 5 months of use, any remedies for this from people in the know?

If it's not the damned chatter across the screen it's the change of direction thud that annoys me, and this has happened on every set of OE blades I've ever bought. Total cack.

I hope the L405 has better ones. Discovery 4 HSE

Treat the windscreen with Rain X rain repellant.
Most of the time you don't need wipers and when you do they just glide over the screen. Used it for years.
