I repaired mine awhile back, and found it was a combination of some faulty sensors and a faulty PDC unit, its common the PDC fails to the front as mine had so I bought a second hand PDC on e-bay and replaced all 8 sensors and now works perfectly. If everything on yours is dead not sure it’s the same issue as mine but you say the PDC is ok how did you test this and are you getting any beeping from the sounders front or back |

Does anyone know how/if you can test a PDC module? (unfortunately I don't know anyone round my way with a FFRR to do a swap check with - anyone near Addlestone, Surrey??!) My front sensors stopped working but back work fine? FFRR Vogue 2003 4.4V8 - Epsom Green & Ivory

If the whole front end is dead and no front sounder it sounds very similar to a well known fault on the PDC that means the front sensors stop working, can’t really test it unless you have a spare that works but there are quite a few on flea bay for £50 ish.....I bought one second hand 2 years ago and its been perfect ever since |

i know it's maybe not much good to you, but if you can find a garage with Autologic, you can test the whole system from that.

When you put in reverse gear, where does the beep come from? Front or back? If it comes from the back, the problem is with thee rear sensors. |

I've a MY11 TDV8 and also had the rear parking sensor fail in the past - was sorted at the last service under warranty.

Update from car going back to dealer's yesterday: In my case the sensor thingy has failed due to water damage. Lol, what 'rain' - we've not been wading in it.
