TV Dual view on the move

How can I overrule the dual view an have on the move TV for the driver for a 2012 model?

I just love the thought of being able to watch TV whilst driving along Shocked

Anyone caught doing so should be jailed for a very long time...

Well hope you do override the function on the dual view , Then when you are watching it whilst you drive you run up the arse of a truck and seriously injure no-one but yourself and end up disabled , then you can think back I got here by watching TV ... Donkey

Did nobody ever consider that we have huge traffic jams in Belgium. At the blistering average speed of 2.5 Km/h I'm sometimes stuck for +2 hours on the lovely ring roads of Antwerp or Brussels. And no, I'm not always able to forsee the trouble in advance.

Well at those moments, I do watch TV in my car and this for at least 5 years without any of those accidents you all want me to have.

I reached an age that I can fully reflect of what is dangerous and what not. And in those +5 years, I didn't drive on motorways or national roads at "normal" avergage speed watching tele. I hope none of you ever drove too fast, overtook a car on a full line, been drinking and driving???

So if anybody have a solution feel free to do. For the ones who are afraid to do it, send me a PM.

That's just the thing, we don't want you to have an accident, were here to save you and your FFRR. The problem is if you have TV in motion then the temptation is always there and that's when it can all go wrong. Think of it like driving along and a nice young buxom blonde removing her clothes in the passenger seat...Would you watch her? Shocked

I have TV on the move in mine so my wife can control the RSE for the kids using the front screen as the kids are too small to work the remotes... Never felt that i wanted to watch whilst driving with or without the family on board...

The chance this happens is unforunate very little. But maybe more realistic, when you drive home from a school run with three little children in the back screaming and fighting with everything they can put their hand on. And at the same moment, getting a call from an important customer or boss. That's a dangerous situation.

After I had a testdrive in a Porsche in the 80's, I gave the keys back and walked away without buying it. But since 3 years I can resist the temptation of driving too fast and now I enjoy a sports car.


If you can't resist for temptations, you shouldn't drive at all.

Easy. Take the screen out, turn it upside down and reinstall. Youre viewing pleasure might be hampered a little but still better than watching other cars I suppose. But please don't come to England. 2011 Vogue SE
