Scotland 2003 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Buckingham Blue

Yesterday, changed the transfer box and rear diff oil, did a drain and refill on the transmission - it's shifting better already! Tonight will see another drain and refill, Saturday sees a drive to Edinburgh and back and a dropping of the sump, change of filter and a final fill with fresh oil. Last night's stuff might end up being used as underseal - I was surprised at how little of that there is! Shocked 2003 Vogue TD6/1992 Classic 300TDi/2x 1991 Golf GTI/1966 Volkswagen Kombi/2x 1968 Volkswagen Kombi/Probably something I've forgotten...

Finally started sorting out my number plates with the DVLA. My plate is off and the original plates back on. Just got to wait for the DVLA to send me back the V5.

And once again, my insurance company did not charge me any “admin“ fees to update my policy! Result! Thumbs Up Reformed

Cruised down from Leyland to Porthleven - car loaded to the gills as the wife decided we needed to take half the house with us....

Averaged 32 mpg and spent most of my time cruising ~80 ish, which I am pretty pleased with

2006 Range Rover Autobiography Supercharged Zambezi Silver

Drove from home up to the Isle of Skye for our summer holidays.......the RR was fully loaded including 4 bikes on the back.

We drove is pure comfort through amazing scenery, kids were happy in the back watching their DVD's on the RSE

I was even happier as I found a BP garage in Fort William that had 10p per litre off LPG (65p litre) so filled her up and did a quick calc check - OBC was showing 20.3MPG for the trip, calc on LPG filled versus miles travelled returned 16.5MPG which in money terms means an equivalent of about 34MPG in money terms....

I put the Supercharged performance to good use a few times with some effective overtaking - effortless Laughing Stolen / Gone: 2006MY Supercharged LPG Autobiography - Zambezi Silver with Sand/Jet/Jet Oxford Leather.....

England 2003 Range Rover HSE 4.4 V8 Epsom Green

I bet the journey itself meant you had a stunning holiday. I love Scotland.

Since buying my HSE in Feb, I have done more to it than any other car I've had:

Replaced front n/s light unit (cracked);
Replaced rear lamps (full of condensation) with supercharged style;
Replaced tired steering wheel with new walnut & leather version;
Replaced pollen filter;
Fitted a rubber boot liner!

And I'm thinking of treating it to a brand-new windscreen . . . 2003 4.4 HSE Epsom Green / Sand. Lovely!

fell in to small ditch whilst letting a car past in the new forest..........grounded the sump guard on the road as the nearside wheels sank, applied more throttle and drove out, Mrs W very impressed with recovery but less so being in the ditch in the first place!!! Embarassed
