To reset out of sync mirrors try a battery disconnect and re-connnect press mirror button and hay presto promblem fixed(will have to reset clock and radio presets)

Just had the same problem tonight. I noticed that it happened when I was just coming out of reverse when the passenger side mirror was tilting back up again. Don't know if this was the reason but it could be.

Just done the "double click" of the button and now mine too are synchronised once again!! If you have nothing nice to say,say nothing at all. |

The technique worked for me thanks. both side mirrors working as expected!
