What I meant was, are Land Rover's service records centralised on some big server somewhere and could I therefore just 'phone up one of their less crap franchises and find stuff out?

Is that a "SUPERCHARGED" badge under the Vogue badge on the lower tailgate?

If it is, then it tells you that the previous owner was someone who was delusional. Also it was probably driven like it was a supercharged model.

When I wanted to find out if my car had been recalled for the front differential repair, I emailed six LR dealers. All but one ignored me. A very nice guy at the Gateshead franchise emailed me a full list of completed work which included the front diff recall which had been done at a Somerset dealer. So they do have access to some shared work records. 2003 4.4 HSE Epsom Green / Sand. Lovely!

unfortunately not, they are only stored to the servicing dealership, if its part of a big group like stratstones then you can ring any stratstone and get your history,
