If its newer than a 2007 I don't bother as they invariably never wave back Sad

I think it's cos they are fat to busy thinking of their next grille or rim set to notice you Wink Razz FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

I've decided to start "The wave" down here, especially for older versions (L322 '02 - 05) so if you are in one and you see one, wave Smile .

Not today, but yesterday,

Drove to isle of wight for week of sun Big Cry and jubly celebrations Thumbs Up

Wonder what HMQ thinks of the rest of the plebs treating her jubilee as an excuse to have a 4 day bender?

FF was smooth and knew the way as last week it did the same journey for a stag weekend Whistle There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I put batteries in the remote control and headphones, I tuned the radio and I sat and went through all the buttons and dials to make sure I know what they all do. I tested the CD player (great!) and plugged in my iPod to make sure all that worked so as to stave off the inevitable complaints from the back if anything didn't work on request...

Oh, and I spent a happy hour playing with the VentureCam. Not the most useful piece of kit I've ever had in a car, but lots of fun. Very Happy

I might've driven it a bit, too. Wink

Spend the weekend in the North East of Scotland around the Crathes area. Roads quiet and weather mostly dry. The 2 west highland terriers looked dwarfed in the back seat compared to in the back of the Cygnet.

Went to Halfords and got some filler and removed, repaired and resprayed the trims in the side steps. I also lightly wire wooled the valance panel under the windscreen (round the wipers) and sprayed with WD40 came up a treat, as the dear departed Amy would say Back to Black Rolling with laughter Geoff

Took it to the ''after hours parallel'' shop of the LR mechanics to replace the turbo actuators.

111000 kms, and it seems the car has started to fall apart... Damn...
