Non destructive bracket for Auxiliary Lights?

I see LR offer auxiliary driving lights, but these appear to bolt down into the bumper.

Has anyone seen anything that can be fitted that is non destructive. I am thinking some kind of bracket that fits behind the grille and pokes through to provide the mountings.

If not, I might make one up Wink .

The LR kit is a bumper off and cut large holes job. Definitely a one way deal. I looked at this as I have a kit kicking around in the shed.

As far as non-destructive ones go the only thing I've seen is the LR A-bar thing, which is fugly as hell.

Making up brackets is your only way forward bud. I've done loads of research on this as I have a pair of LF240's waiting to go on.

We have these over here in Australia. Had one fitted to both my P38 and my Hyundai I30 Worked very well . Mounts behind number plate.

I also believe the the LR driving lights are swung fron the top hoop of the factory A bar. I have an A bar with sides in the shed waiting to be fitted to my L322 TD6. Yes I know its not the best looking but the only bull bars that I could find that is " legal" over here.

Looks good!

Is there something substantial to mount onto behind the number plate? From what I remember the number plate screws didn't really seem to go into anything so I used velcro to help it stay on.

Will it affect the parking sensors? .

Hi Joe

When I have used these bars before I've had no problems. No light shake. They just mount into the plastic bumper bars. Used a few more screws than the standard 2 that hold the number plate on & all was O'k
