I have a 6th generation ULF but I don't have voice control , which I understand is part of it.

just a silly question, you have held the button on the steering wheel down until it bleeps and then speak your command.

If you car was pre-wired at the factory then its quite possibe that you have the blue 16pin plug.

My microphone is working fine, hands free - both ways.

I've enabled Voice Recognition with Navcoder, and its all working fine.

No, unplug it. I never had one, but others had issues leaving it in as there would be two on the ibus 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8
