might be worth tapping the relays with a screwdriver or similar to see if anything is stuck....try and localise the whine... ... - .- -.

Decided to have a mess around today.... I pulled the battery terminals for 30 mins, and no more whine... With two small children, getting into the panel requires unloading of vast quantities of buggies, balls, scooters, coats, boots etc etc, so frankly pulling the battery terminals was an easier starting point! |
