Dodgy Injector

Doing a 'search' I've come to the conclusion I have a dodgy injector (vibration at low speed in forward and reverse, slight missfire)

Can I do any harm using it for the rest of the week (probably about 200 miles), or should it be OK until I can get it booked in?
