On a td6 the obd has a code function that is an "engine interlock code".

In the manual under computer controls it says to deactivate interlock code - 'disconnect earth terminal for 1 minute then reconnect, the alarm will sound and must be deactivated with remote.' This apparently resets something!! However not worked for me, I know it must be something simple but have posted on numerous Forums and nobody seems to have encountered it before, can't be the only FFRR with this issue, been sitting now for 8 months as I work in the Channel Islands and its looking a bit sad |

I'm wondering if your problem is linked to the immobiliser function and if so whether it could be cleared with one of the diagnostic tools available, Whereabouts in Scotland are you? |

Unfortunately you are a bit too far from me, the closest I get is the M74 and then over to Edinburgh every now and again.

Sorry I don't know how to bypass it, bit more complicated than a Disco that I could do. |
