Best battery is a decent Bosch one but give it a search and you'll find that 110cca is the best and JUST fits in with some fiddling and is worth it FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

I think there may be common theme on the 2005 touchscreen, but i would like to find out from anyone else who has a 2005 TD6 with touchscreen if they have a remote.

Sorry but can't help as i know mine is a 2005 TouchScreen but it had Remote Park Heating as an option but the remote was never passed on FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
