I think i may have something to do with the battery status, i find if im only doing short trips in the week then the battery wont have time to charge, and mine wont work, but if i do a good few trips, then no problems, it may just be circumstantial Dave

You do need to have the heating turned up (see Stan's posts about this) and the ambient temp outside needs to be below stg like 15* |

I'm sure I read somewhere too that it won't work when the fuel is low, although I don't know how low, possibly when it says "low" 2017 4.4 SDV8 Autobiography
