On my 2007 there is an Aux input on the back of the centre consol.

The AUX input is probably only a stereo three point connector (Left/Right and Ground) with no power. Does a "normal" stereo lead from your phone / other device deliver both channels OK? .

You're right the aux input is a 3 ring mini jack plug the lead splits from the iphone one part going here and the other to the USB charger. But it's definitely the aux input that's the problem, nothing gets sounds to the left channel. Geoff |

that's right the aux socket is simply not delivering the signal to the left channel of the amp - screwdriver out methinks Geoff |

Geoff - if you want to try another cable before getting into the trim panels give me a shout, I have a couple that work and can only be a couple of miles from you at the most
