latest update on interior led's

hi all. hope you are all well and coping with the meds and the doctors visits........
after several years with the cheaper leds in my l322 vse, they are all now either flickering or out. with grateful thanks to garyrr for a great post on replacement, im going to replace them all again, and was going to take his advice and go for philips stuff. however, gary's info is now quite old in terms of bulb tech and i was wondering if any of you had tried these https://www.lightec-autostyle.co.uk/rangr-...grade-kit.
i dont want to go down the powerful route as have been disappointed in the past like gary, but im in france here and the philips will cost me over 120 quid, even before i start on the boot lights and puddles.
i would also appreciate recommendations for the door puddle lights with the logo. the ones i used over 5 years ago have gone out so again im hoping tech has now produced somethingn more durable.
and finally, garyrr please, when you mention retrofit bulbs for the boot, can you point me in the right direction for those please?
ill health has prevented much work on the l322 and most available enrgy seems to be going on keeping 2 old tractors going (mf145 and ih323 - in restoration), but i hate to see the old gilr looking shabby.
thanks again for all advice and recommendations. have a good day, sherman. 2007 TDV8 VSE Java Black

I replaced all mine with some really cheap ones from Ali-Express!
No issues, no flicker Smile

Hi Sherman,

I bought a set of the LEDs that you the posted link for from that well known auction site. See image comparison in sun visor; if you want to see anymore let me know.

So far they have been excellent; the only ones I haven't fitted yet are for the door mirror puddle lamps as my courage is like a palm tree in the wind; one day I'm up for it, the next my bottle goes as I'm worried about cracking the plastic covers.

The only fiddly ones are the knee high ones in the lower dash; a complete pain on the passenger side.

SWMBO prefers them at night as the whole interior is very bright so feels tad more secure when on her own.

All dash pixels restored thanks to those awfully nice chaps in BD.

Just need to find out why no washer fluid coming out of rear wash.

Hi Sherman,
A pleasure; rest and recover. The bulbs can always wait.
