Nice, about time someone did this as I imagine a lot of cars have been scrapped rather than repair due to the sills rusting.

There is quite a bit of fettling work to do with these. Minor changes is that the cavity wax access points need to be pressed in and then drilled to 20mm, holes need to be drilled for the plug welding where the original was spot welded. but the trickiest area is that these panels do not include the area that covers the jacking point.

this is good news, it may now be possible to extend the life of my 2004 V8 Petrol, good news, but seems a fair bit of fettling may be in order to save these cars |

For anyone considering these panels, Chris said they’re sold on a made to order basis with a four week lead time, so need to factor that into any work being scheduled. |
