My 2003 Vogue

This is my 2003 Vogue, only had it just under 2 weeks, loving it already though. (It now has my plate on it, so no more BJ jokes from my mates!)

After my 200 mile drive home in it, I've since fitted a full size rear plate too.

Just had a tracker fitted this morning, and if the snow/hail stays away, I'll give it a good wash and hoover and get some up to date pice.

Sidney - Yeah, one of my favourites too

RRUK - At first, when I started my search for a RR, I didn't want a green one, didn't like the colour that much, but I saw a couple on the road and the green really started to grow on me, looking at it in the sun, it's a really nice colour, I think the interior helps too, really compliments it.

I've possibly gone from one extreme to the other in buying it as I traded a 3200GT Maserati for it. It's my first, but certainly won't be my last Range Rover that's for sure.

Looks great, nice interior combination too.

Is it the V8 or the TD6?

Make sure you check the PCV hoses out (do a quick search for pcv hose if you're unfamiliar with this engine) My 2003 hoses had disintegrated completely. Will save you the headache of chasing "Check engine codes" in the future.

Was driving past the recently closed down Land Rover garage in Durham tonight, noticed that they have stupidly left one side of the barrier open, I thought I'd quickly try the car over the hump thing they have...

Despite the look of it, it was quite steep going down and I still had about a foot of clearance from the front bumper.

Tiny update, won a set of used 19" Goodyear MTR tyres on ebay for a £70, best thing is, the guy is only about 3 miles from my house, so going to collect them today.

Now though, I have a dilema. Do i replace my current road tyres with the mud's or do I buy a cheap set of wheels to put them on, and when I go out for some play in the mud, all I'll have to do is swap wheels? Is anyone on here using mud tyres on the road? If so, what sort of difference do they make to the ride comfort etc.? 2006 Mercedes CLS
