Do you know where this pipe should be attached

Hi
I have an issue with n/s turbo actuator sticking so I removed the air filter box to gain more access in doing this I found a hose off but cannot work out where it should connect to .Between the row inlet pipes there is a bent over plastic pipe but the bore seems too small for this pipe to connect to
I have attached a picture with yellow lines pointing to the two pipes. The car is a 2009 3.6 TDV8 any help would be appreciated

The left hand hard pipe looks like the front diff breather and the right hand pipe attaches to the small outlet on the rear of the air filter housing.

I have had the sticking turbo actuator. I managed to access it from under the car through a very small gap. Its been a few years since I last did it but used a length of wire with an appropriately shaped bend at the end and sprayed WD40 with a extra length tube to get the spray close to the actuator.

I cant give you an extract location of the gap unfortunately but it is one of those awkward places where you cant see without using a flashlight but the flashlight blocks the view of the actuator.

It has been covered many times and a search of the forum may get you more info.
