Sorry, what Im trying to describe is the mechanical motion you can feel if you had the rest upright out of the way then pull it down to use as an arm rest, its gone floppy and just drops down.

I'll have to test mine - I never really move it - but I guess if it's different to the passenger side then there's a problem |

Passenger side has a nice light pressure feel to gently lower it down but doesnt continue to fall if you take your hand off it, mine just flops to the low point thats its set to, no or very little resistance |

I was looking at those seats earlier strangely enough, will look around the rest over the weekend see if it becomes clear how to remove it? |

Those seats have to be close to worthless once you realise the airbags deployed.....

This is L322 info on armrests, but it might be similar to L405?

Happened on our discovery. Just tighten the bolt up that holds it on the seat. |

The T27 was rock solid so think the mechanism inside must be broken and its made the arm rest a bit floppy, will live with it for now

Carlos, if you have the necessaries? Remove the securing screw and the armrest simply pulls off... If you look at this video
