Looking for some help please.

I have a 2002 RR Vogue, and my heater/chiller isn't working properly, I turn the temperature dial on the drivers side from 16 to 22 it's cold, without any kind of change going up, then as soon as you go one click past 22 it turns to MAX heat.

I've had it plugged in, but no fault code is shown.......

Has anyone experienced this problem or know what it might be please?

I have conducted a search but was unable to find anything which helps.

What did u have it plugged into? For something as speciffic as the hevac really only the Land Rover T4 will do... 

Wouldn't have a clue TBH, local garage said they have RR diagnostics software, and that was the end of it really.

Can anyone recommend a good RR specialist in the local area to Farnborough/Camberley/Guildford area? Or should I be biting the bullet and take it to my main dealer, Hunters?

This isn't a 'run of the mill' car. it needs specialist software AND people who know how to use that software!

Take it to a Land Rover dealer for this issue unless you are 100% confident in your garages abilities. 

could be an air blockage in the system
or, low coolant level
or, blend flap motor sticking
only guesses but might help...
