air pipe problem

On my TD6 the connection from the guard to air filter has come off.
Car is running fine but would like to re-attach the pipe. Can anyone enlighten me as to how its connects.
Dont know if I am missing a connector piece or not.

TIA

I'm no expert on the TD6 architecture, but that looks... Broken.

The pipe looks fine to me. The rubber open end of the pipe simply slides over the plastic top bit. Lubrication helps. No clips or anything involved.
I got so fed up of this pipe l replaced it with a length of 90mm día flexible hose and two worm drive clips. Never had an issue since. Thumbs Up

same advice as above from me, mine was not a tight fit, so where the pipes overlap I simply drilled a tiny hole through the pipes once they were correct position and fitted a small self tapper screw, no problems since then
