My foam is OK but the cover is badly smashed, looks like someone took it off, put it on the ground and then stood on it..!!

The engine diagrams show the whole cover as a single piece. The part number is LR038152.

I would suggest you remove the foam as soon as possible because it makes a right mess of all the nooks and crannies in your engine bay. Took me a while to hoover it all out.

That looks really smart, and I expect it protects the pipe work and helps deaden the noise. I will look into it.

If you're going down that route, search on eBay "engine sound absorber". You can buy sheets of the foam and stick it to the engine cover. 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SDV8 |
