Hi All. My.sunroof seems to have a different fault from most.
2011 Vogue. It wont tilt?
One touch opening and closing works fine and it closes fully, But.. when i try to tillt. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. No noise no action.
Tried fully opening with the button and holding for a bit then doing the same the opposite way with no change.
Suggestions anyone?

I've only used mine once and I found I had to press the switch up, towards the sky, not forward toward the windscreen.

Ahhhhh.
Going to give that a try when i collect it.

You hold the switch forwards 1 notch for manual close, forward 2 notches for auto close.

For opening, backwards 1 notch for manual opening, 2 notches for automatic opening.

For tilting, press the button in and the sunroof will tilt upwards. To close again, push the button forwards 1 notch for manual or 2 notches for automatic.



If that's still not working, perform the sunroof initialisation procedure:

1. Switch the ignition on.
2. With the sunroof closed, press and release the front of the switch. The sunroof will move to the tilt position.
3. Press the front of the sunroof switch and hold for 20 seconds.


If still no luck, I'd say the switch is faulty and needs swapping out. 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SDV8
